Job Overview
The Floor Supervisor/Games Manager will oversee the Table Games department and all related tables. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our business that now operates three casinos in Alberta.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supports and implements procedures to ensure the highest level of compliance.
Ensures compliance with AGLC Terms and Conditions.
Promotes teamwork and creates a fun, friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Develops, coaches, and mentors employees to help them achieve success and career goals.
Motivates and empower colleagues by exemplifying outstanding guest service, to both internal as well as external guests.
Opening and closing the table games department in conjunction with Casino Advisors and Volunteers. Ordering Fills and Credits.
Manage improvements to the floor plan, gaming mix and create business cases for mixing up of table game offerings.
Communicates effectively with all appropriate departments.
Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with guests, ownership, employees, the AGLC and the community and charitable organizations.
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Promotes and maintains the highest level of integrity and customer service.
Ensures proper implementation of established policies and procedures.
Ensures outstanding guest service by responding promptly to guests needs and requests for service.
Build Team Spirit through positive reinforcement and recognizing excellence in the workplace.
Focuses on resolving conflict and maintaining confidentiality while responding to and resolving concerns or issues.
Education and Experience
5+ years Gaming experience.
Previous experience managing table game operations in a casino environment.
AGLC Due Diligence Completion Requirements
Current AGLC Registration.
Clear Criminal Records Check.
Current AGLC Phase 1, Phase 2 and AML Certifications.
Strong Competency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
