Staff Accountant
To support the Accounting Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/ Accounting Department. To provide management with financial information by creating reports, entering ledger entries, and preparing financial statements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

- Prepares financial statements.
- Prepares schedules of the annual statement.
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Works with accounts payable and receivable clerks to review entries for accuracy.
- Provides accounting support and carries out tasks to complete monthly and yearly reports.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Ability to occasionally self-learn from handbooks and accomplish the accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
