Role: What you will be doing!
The overall duties of the General Manager position are centered around ensuring and maintaining a fun, enjoyable, and professional atmosphere for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities: Here are the nuts and bolts…
- Reconcile and validate financial and accounting data and transactions.
- Assist in the month-end closing procedures.
- Remain the first point of contact for accounting or Toast issues.
- Review and analyze sales and financial performance data and advise leadership, senior management, executives, and officers on performance compared to metrics.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Inventory accuracy
- Deposit cash daily
- Review and process payroll then enter payroll
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor
- Participate in other special projects or assignments.
- Foster positive communication between the front of the house and the back of the house staff.
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding
- Maintain appropriate records on food handler certification and TABC license.
- Connect with guests, gather guests’ feedback, and recommend improvements to our menus and operations. Build and cultivate relationships with regulars.
Requirements: What we are looking for…
- 4 years of previous management experience
- AGM positions available
- Ability to maintain a strong floor presence
- Compensation based on previous experience over established regional norms
