Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Fiesta QSR Holding currently has six Taco Bell restaurants open, two under construction and has plans to continue to expand rapidly in the near future. 

Job Description:  The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for doing bookkeeping, administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing). They will be responsible for creating and updating spreadsheets on a daily basis, analyzing data, downloading bank statements and performing basic bookkeeping duties. They will also run audit reports, make phone calls, write emails and draft basic memos. Attention to detail is a must!

 Minimum Requirements: A well-qualified candidate for this role should possess:

·       Knowledge of Technology – Computers, Printers, Scanners

·       Strong Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel and Outlook

·       Strong Written and Oral communication skills

·       Good Organizational Skills

·       Time Management

·       Ability to be flexible and multi-task

·       Detail-Oriented

·       Ability to Anticipate Needs

·       An Associate’s Degree from a community college
